Working on Jack the Ripper Television programme

Laura has profiled serious crime for many years including the murders of Clare Bernal, Amelie Delagrange, Sally-Ann Bowman, Jodie Dubrowski and Banaz Mahmod.

Laura has not only studied behaviour using her psychology degrees and operational experience, but she has also applied this knowledge to developing pioneering, front line, practical tool kits based on many cases to assist in early identification, intervention and prevention.

This includes the Domestic Abuse, Stalking and Harassment and Honour Based Violence (DASH 2009) Risk Identification, Assessment and Management Model currently being rolled out across the UK. This was built on the good practice of the SPECSS+ Model, which previously contributed to a reduction in domestic homicide, serious violence and repeat victimisation in London.
